Purgatory Golf Club, located in Noblesville, IN, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Part-Time Bartender. We are seeking a driven individual eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced, hospitality-focused organization. Role Type: Seasonal (Position lasts 6 months or less)

Key Responsibilities:

Stock the bar, mix and serve alcoholic beverages, assist in cost control, and maintain inventory records.
Monitor inventory use conscientiously and communicate with management promptly when supplies are needed.
Ensure compliance with applicable state liquor laws and standard operating procedures.
Communicate guest requests and concerns to the Department Manager.
Perform opening and closing duties, including inventory, cash control, cleaning, and restocking.
Handle checks and cash transactions using the Point of Sales System.
Review banquet schedules and special event calendars.
Serve catered parties at service or portable bars.
Occasionally serve meals to guests.
Incorporate safe work practices in job performance.
Perform other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED.
At least one year of bartending experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be at least 21 years of age to meet state requirements for serving alcohol.

Other Qualifications:

Knowledge of cocktail recipes and wine varieties.
Alcohol Awareness Training.
