Job Description
Title: Outlet 1 - Bartender
Bartenders are responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers. They must be skilled in mixing classic and innovative drinks tailored to customer preferences, ensuring an excellent guest experience at the bar or lounge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences, making appropriate recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Verify customers’ identification to confirm legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
Requirements:
- Ability to mix classic and innovative drinks based on customer preferences
- Capability to verify legal drinking ages
- Strong organizational skills to manage bar supplies and inventory
