Title: BARTENDER (FULL TIME)

We are hiring immediately for a full-time Bartender position located at Delta CV-3048 Logan Road, Hebron, KY 41048. Online applications are accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time with AM shifts, weekends, and varying days. More details will be provided during the interview.

Requirements:

Prior experience in bartending and customer service is required.
Knowledge of liquor laws and ability to handle cash and guest interactions professionally.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner.
Adhere to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations, including checking identification and managing guest inebriation.
Set up the bar, requisition and stock all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, condiments, glassware, ice, and produce.
Maintain quality of fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables.
Receive cash payments, make change, verify charges, and ensure proper recording of transactions.
Perform general cleaning and maintain an organized work area to meet health and safety standards.
Secure all beverage products, food, equipment, deposits, and cash at the end of shifts.
Arrange bottles and glasses to maintain an attractive bar display.
Wash and sterilize stemware.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation:

Fixed pay rate: $13.80 per hour
