OUR OPPORTUNITY
The Hourly Manager plays a key role in supporting the restaurant's operations by overseeing people, product quality, and hospitality. This position reports directly to the General Manager and demands physical activity including lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, pushing, pulling, and carrying. Manual dexterity and the ability to follow written and oral instructions are required.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
- Lead both front of house and back of house teams
- Develop team members and hold them accountable to high standards
- Ensure consistent food quality through taste plate execution
- Monitor and enforce safety, sanitation, and health standards
- Implement and manage all Thunderdome Restaurant Group standards
- Deliver exceptional guest service at all times
