Position Overview: As a pool bartender, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service by welcoming guests, taking food and beverage orders, and creating an enjoyable dining experience. This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment requiring excellent communication and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Understand the menu thoroughly and offer recommendations
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers
- Recognize and resolve guest concerns promptly while maintaining elevated service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Demonstrate strong mixology skills and recipe knowledge
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Requirements:
- Strong grasp of mixology and recipe builds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
