Base Pay plus Bonus eligible positions: $6.00 per hour
Department: Operations Location: Theater Reports to: General Manager
- Greet guests at all bar areas promptly with a smile and warm hospitality.
- Quickly and accurately take food and beverage orders, employing selling techniques.
- Provide guests with full knowledge of bar and menu items and make recommendations.
- Check IDs to ensure patrons meet the minimum age requirement of 21 for alcohol consumption.
- Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness by cleaning glasses, utensils, bar equipment, and bussing tables.
- Implement alcohol service and safety protocols, including preventing over-serving and ensuring alcohol consumption only in designated areas.
- Set up and maintain appropriate bar stock levels.
- Keep the Bar Supervisor informed on inventory levels.
- Wash and sanitize all stemware.
- Process payments correctly and promptly.
- Manage guest complaints and requests or refer to appropriate personnel.
- Complete all opening, mid, and closing procedures, including side work.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Minimum 1 year of bartending experience with a full bar.
- ServSafe and Alcohol training certifications required.
- Ability to work with Vista Point of Sale system and perform basic math.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organized and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Flexible availability, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
Working Conditions/Physical Demands:
- Ability to walk, bend, stand for extended periods.
- Frequently use hands to handle tasks and occasionally lift up to 10 pounds; occasional assistance may be needed to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Work environment includes typical cinema noise levels, dust, and activity.
