Job Description
Bethesda Country Club is hiring a Poolside Cabana Bartender to work this summer. This position anticipates member and guest needs to provide a memorable dining experience on the pool deck. It is a great opportunity to join a team committed to exceptional service in a fun atmosphere.
Essential Functions:
- Greet members with enthusiasm
- Accurately ring orders
- Make drinks according to recipes
- Serve food and drinks to members and guests
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, pool deck, and server stations
- Think quickly and respond to situations positively with tact, creativity, and integrity
- Work effectively in a team environment
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year bartending experience
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
