Summary: Serve beverages to patrons as regulated by state and federal age requirements, performing the following duties:
Essential Job Functions:
- Inform guests of daily specials and take beverage orders
- Deliver drink orders
- Monitor tables in assigned section to ensure all patrons are served
- Remove empty or dirty glasses and bottles, dispose of bottles properly, and wash glasses
- Ensure tables are cleaned for each patron
- Maintain ashtrays at applicable tables
- Keep bar station tidy and stock bar by placing orders as needed
- Compute bills and accept payments
- Track sales receipts
- Complete bar inventory logs
- Ensure tips are reported properly for tax processing
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 0 to 1+ years of customer service experience
- 0 to 1+ years of bartending experience
- Passionate about hospitality and creating an exceptional guest experience
- Open availability
- 21 years of age or older
- Eligible to obtain alcohol serving certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
