Job Description
Title: Bartender - Urbano Mexican Fare
We are seeking a reliable bartender to mix and serve drinks to patrons either directly or through waitstaff. This position is available for full-time or part-time work.
Responsibilities:
- Serve clients with a pleasant attitude while providing a clean and enjoyable dining experience.
- Provide timely service to all clients.
- Comply with all safety and food handling procedures and regulations.
- Ensure serving containers are full using the First In, First Out (FIFO) technique.
- Check identification to verify age requirements for alcohol purchase.
- Stock the bar with beer, wine, liquor, ice, glassware, napkins, and straws.
- Keep the bar clean and organized.
- Eliminate waste wherever possible.
- Follow all cash handling procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year bartending experience.
- Ability to work nights and weekends.
