**Bartender**
The number one duty is to be the warm, welcoming face of the company. You will need to be a proficient mixologist capable of executing orders quickly and accurately. Bartenders are ambassadors of the restaurant, and their warm, approachable demeanor is essential to its success.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet customers and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Mix cocktails with speed and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment and composure during busy hours
- Memorize ingredients for various drinks
- Stock and restock items as needed during peak and off-peak hours
- Use POS system proficiently and have knowledge of LBW (likely Local Beverage Wines)
- Suggest LBW pairings for menu items
- Collaborate with the Bar Manager and General Manager on product development
- Adhere to proper cash handling procedures
**Requirements:**
- Ability to lift up to 160 pounds
- Ability to climb ladders up to 4 feet
- Must wear non-slip footwear
- Maintain personal and team uniform standards
- Effective communication skills in English
