Bartender

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
Engage guests with a welcoming, knowledgeable, and energetic presence that reflects the spirit of Unscripted Hospitality.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, tools, garnishes, and supplies.
Handle accurate cash transactions, POS operations, and reconciliation of guest tabs.
Verify guest identification and comply with all local and state beverage service laws.
Collaborate with servers and culinary staff to ensure timely and seamless service.
Manage inventory by monitoring par levels, restocking items, and reporting shortages to management.
Address guest concerns and special requests professionally and empathetically.
Participate in setting up and breaking down the bar for daily service or special events.
Support a respectful, team-oriented environment valuing safety and professionalism.

Who You Are

Warm and charismatic communicator who thrives on personal connection.
Knowledgeable in drink preparation and bar operations with attention to detail.
Adaptable in fast-paced, high-volume settings and calm under pressure.
Able to multitask and manage guest requests while maintaining poise.
Prior bartending or food and beverage experience required.
Knowledge of local/state liquor laws is essential.
Holds or is willing to obtain valid alcohol service certification (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol, RVP).
Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
