You’ll host live casino games — Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat — while players join online from around the world. If you’ve been working behind a bar or serving, you already have what this role demands. No casino experience needed. We’ll train you.

Job Description: What You’ll Do:

Host live casino games on camera: Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat
Engage and entertain online players with energy and professionalism
Deal cards and run game rounds using trained procedures
Apply your crowd-reading and energy-managing skills developed behind the bar

Shift Options:

Who We’re Looking For:

Current or former bartender, server, waitress, or barback
Energetic, people-oriented, and comfortable in the spotlight
Looking for consistent hours and a predictable schedule
Available full-time including evenings and weekends
No casino or dealing experience required

Qualifications:

Must be 21 years of age or older
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to obtain a Michigan Gaming License
Must complete pre-employment drug and background checks
Maintain professional appearance and wear assigned uniform
Comfortable wearing theatrical makeup (foundation, blush)
Customer service or hospitality experience preferred

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged sitting at counter height chairs and tables
Repeated use of both hands and arms
Ability to see and read a chat screen from 4+ feet away
Ability to communicate verbally to players
Ability to lift up to 10 lbs
Ability to present on camera under professional studio lighting
For Game Show Hosts: ability to wear 2-inch or higher heels while standing for 1.5 hours at a time
