Job Description
Title: Bartender
The Bartender is responsible for preparing drinks by following high standards and recipes in an energetic environment. They provide exceptional customer service by describing the menu and daily specials, taking orders, mixing drinks to proper recipes, serving food promptly, and ensuring guests have everything they need to enjoy their experience.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver an amazing hospitality experience by anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
- Understand the restaurant menu to engage guests and answer questions.
- Guide guests through their dining experience by taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments.
- Adhere to proper timing of service while demonstrating a warm and outgoing personality.
- Assist guests in selecting menu items by recommending cocktails, wine, courses, and explaining chef’s features.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas, completing opening, running, and closing side work related to job duties.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Availability to work weekends.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, team-oriented environment.
