Job Description
Title: Cocktail Server
As a Cocktail Server, you will use your extensive knowledge of food, wine, and spirits to make recommendations that enhance our guests' dining experience. You will ensure each order is delivered accurately and on time while demonstrating a warm and outgoing personality. Success in this role requires strong organization skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional hospitality by anticipating and exceeding guests’ expectations.
- Understand the restaurant menu to assist guests in choosing food and beverage items and answer their questions.
- Guide guests through their dining experience, including taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments.
- Know the restaurant seating layout and deliver food promptly following service timing and procedures.
- Help guests select menu items by explaining food and bar menus, recommending cocktails and wines, suggesting courses, and describing chef’s specials.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas, and complete opening, running, and closing side work related to the job.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Availability to work weekends.
- Enthusiastic and guest-focused attitude.
