Job Description
The Bartender is responsible for preparing drinks by following high standards and recipes in an energetic environment. With a genuinely friendly customer service attitude, bartenders describe the menu and daily specials, take orders, mix drinks correctly, serve food promptly, and ensure guests have everything they need to enjoy their meal.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional hospitality by anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
- Understand the restaurant menu to engage guests in choosing items and answer their questions.
- Guide guests through their dining experience by taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments.
- Adhere to service timing while maintaining a warm and outgoing personality.
- Assist guests in selecting menu items by explaining food and bar menus, recommending cocktails and wines, suggesting courses, and highlighting chef’s specials.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas and complete opening, running, and closing side work related to job duties.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Weekend availability required.
