Job Description
Job Title: Bartender
Job Description: At Main Event, Bartenders craft cocktails, pour beer, and serve great food, drinks, and fun for all guests. As a Bartender, you create a welcoming environment and provide exceptional and timely service. You know the menu inside and out and make great food and beverage suggestions. You are dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of safety and sanitation.
Responsibilities:
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards
- Welcome and engage with all guests, acting as an ambassador of fun
- Recommend menu items and ensure order accuracy
- Showcase extensive knowledge of beer, wine, and cocktails
- Deliver food and drinks promptly while anticipating guests’ needs
- Provide exceptional service to create memorable experiences
- Adhere to local and state alcohol laws, procedures, and policies
- Process payment transactions and welcome guests back
- Maintain a stocked, clean, and safe bar; complete side duties as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months bartending experience
- Guest-focused mindset
- Strong teamwork skills
- Must be 21 years or older
- Alcohol certification as required
- Effective communication with management, team members, and guests
- Availability to work days, nights, and/or weekends

Salary:
- Compensation ranges between $6 - $7.50 per hour
