Overview: We are seeking an outgoing and friendly Bartender to join our team. The Bartender will be responsible for crafting and serving a variety of drinks, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a memorable guest experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year bartending experience preferred
- Valid Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable
- Knowledge of drink recipes and merchandising specials
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Fluent in English (read, write, speak)
- Familiarity with bar terminology and drink service
- Meet minimum legal age requirements
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks to guests
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Ensure compliance with all safety and alcohol service regulations
