As a Bartender, you will play a key role in our Front of House team by bringing energy, connection, and care to every guest interaction while crafting memorable moments behind the bar.

We provide extensive training and development, continuous support, and a welcoming environment. Even if you have no previous restaurant experience but have a passion for learning, we will train you to become a hospitality expert.

Responsibilities

Create a warm, welcoming experience from the moment guests arrive at the bar.
Craft beer, wine, and handcrafted cocktails consistently and with care according to Firebirds standards.
Guide guests through menu offerings with confident recommendations and pairings.
Anticipate guest needs and deliver attentive, personalized hospitality.
Manage orders, point-of-sale entries, and payments efficiently and accurately.
Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready bar and Firebar® area.
Support To-Go orders and collaborate with teammates to ensure seamless service.
Ensure responsible alcohol service and uphold guest safety standards at all times.

Qualifications

Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
Ability to stand for 8 or more hours per day.
Ability to bend, kneel, and lift items frequently weighing up to 25 pounds.
Patient and guest-oriented mindset.
Ability to maintain positive working relationships with all team members.
Attention to cleanliness and safety procedures.
Reliable transportation required.
Must be 18 years or older.
