We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team. The Bartender plays a key role in enhancing the guest dining experience by providing high-quality beverage service. This position requires expertise in drink preparation, inventory management, and excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional service that exceeds guest expectations by anticipating their needs.
Welcome guests warmly and create a friendly environment.
Address guest concerns promptly and empathetically to ensure satisfaction.
Manage bar inventory, secure stock, and accurately reconcile the cash drawer.
Clean and sanitize glassware and bar equipment meticulously.
Recognize signs of intoxication and manage service responsibly, escalating to management when necessary.
Accurately record all orders, handle transactions, and ensure compliance with restaurant sales policies.
Answer guest questions about menu items and promotions, using effective sales techniques.
Follow service protocols, including accommodating special dietary needs and allergy precautions.
Proficiently use all bar tools and equipment, including POS and payment systems.
Comply with health and safety regulations, complete required training, and follow all restaurant policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
Foster a cooperative team environment and perform additional duties as needed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in beverage preparation following established recipes and standards.
Ability to maintain sufficient inventory levels of alcohol, glassware, ice, and other bar supplies.
Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Skilled at managing orders from both the cocktail station and dining area efficiently.
Comfortable handling liquids and cleaning agents safely.
Competent and safe use of bar equipment such as knives and blenders.
Strong communication skills and ability to multitask under pressure.
Comfortable working in tight spaces with fluctuating noise and temperature.
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing or walking throughout the shift while navigating restaurant hazards.
