About Us We’re Napa—your friendly neighborhood restaurant passionate about wine and quality food. Locally owned and operated with four locations (two in Charlotte, one in Fort Mill, and one in Raleigh), we bring a slice of Napa Valley to the Carolinas. Our vibe focuses on good food, great wine, and a fuss-free experience. We are not a late-night restaurant, so shifts generally don’t extend until midnight. All locations offer free onsite parking.
What You’ll Do
- Craft and serve a variety of beverages including classic cocktails, custom creations, and an extensive wine list
- Provide exceptional hospitality and create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest
- Educate guests about wine and beverage options and offer confident recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized bar with well-kept equipment and supplies
- Collaborate with the team to develop new drink recipes and seasonal cocktail menus
What We’re Looking For
- Passion for wine and cocktails with strong product knowledge
- Previous bartending experience in an upscale or full-service restaurant
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Creative flair for crafting unique drinks and engaging with guests
- Positive attitude, reliability, and professionalism

Requirements
- Previous bartending experience required
- Knowledge of beverage preparation and mixing
- Bartending certificate is a plus
- Basic computer and math skills
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities
- Ability to keep the bar clean, stocked, and organized
