Job Description
Title: Bistro Bartender
Position Summary: The Bistro Bartender is responsible for executing food and beverage orders according to recipe and speed of service standards. They must deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and sanitized environment.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execute food, shakes, espresso drinks, and beverage orders in a fast and efficient manner.
- Respond to members' questions and make suggestions regarding food and service.
- Ensure cleanliness in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Position Requirements:
- Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the café for prolonged periods.
- Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs.
- CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire.
