Our Barbacks are essential to keeping the bar running smoothly. We seek motivated individuals eager to learn the industry from the ground up and ready to work hard.
Responsibilities:
- Support bartenders by ensuring they never have to stop pouring by anticipating needs such as ice, fruit, and glassware.
- Learn bar operations including changing kegs, cleaning draft lines, organizing coolers, and cutting fruit.
- Perform physical tasks including stocking beer and wine, washing glassware, and managing trash.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar environment.
- Assist with setup and breakdown for private events.
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs, including moving kegs with a teammate.
- Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic.
- Availability to work weekends, closing shifts, and private events.
- Team player who values kindness, honesty, and integrity.
