Position Overview: Ensure guests have an exceptional experience by providing fast, friendly service and attentiveness to their needs.

Responsibilities:

Deliver an outstanding guest experience by combining excellent food, drinks, and games in a lively atmosphere
Maintain clear communication with supervisors about any issues or unusual situations
Create a warm and fun environment for guests and team members
Follow company sanitation procedures
Handle financial transactions accurately, including operating credit card machines and managing cash
Follow responsible alcohol service policies and manage intoxicated guests appropriately
Monitor guest behavior and escalate issues to management when necessary
Prepare drinks following established recipes to ensure consistency and cost control
Keep bar station clean and organized, including setup and breakdown
Greet guests promptly and take food and drink orders accurately
Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items and answer guest questions
Enter orders promptly and accurately into the Micros system
Complete opening and closing duties and assist with inventory and party setup/breakdown
Participate in sales promotions and contests to drive business
Support team members and assist with bussing and resetting tables as needed
Maintain positive working relationships with all staff to promote a cooperative and efficient work environment

Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years old
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Previous restaurant or bar experience preferred but not required
Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and work in a fast-paced, noisy environment
Ability to work days, nights, and weekends as required
Adherence to dress code and professional appearance at all times

Salary Range: $2.13 per hour (plus tips)
