The Role: Greet and serve beverages to guests in lounges, restaurants, or gaming areas in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner. Focus on delivering excellent service while striving for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve patrons in lounges, restaurants, or gaming areas in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Receive and understand beverage orders; relay drink orders to bartenders.
- Carry and balance full trays of beverages.
- Circulate through assigned workstations continuously, taking and delivering beverage orders.
- Compute charges for orders and accept payment; maintain an accurate cash bank.
- Provide complimentary beverages according to company policy.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to walk for the duration of the shift.
- Ability to carry and balance trays weighing up to 10 pounds.
- Ability to obtain and maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
