Lifestyle Bartender - Part Time
Job Description
Position Summary: Our bartenders do more than just mix drinks; they create memorable and unique experiences. They stay updated on new trends and local offerings while attentively responding to guests' evolving needs. Beyond being beverage enthusiasts, they serve as hosts, taking ownership of guest service throughout the space. They ensure the bar is visually appealing and operates flawlessly, building relationships across the hotel and community to anticipate and meet guest needs. Passion for guest service and attention to detail—from handling money to drink quality—is essential.
Bartenders must maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies, protect assets, maintain confidentiality, and present a professional appearance. Physical demands include standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods and handling tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling objects up to 25 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
- Supervisory Experience: Not required.
- Licenses/Certifications: None.
Responsibilities:
- Create memorable guest experiences by mixing drinks and hosting the bar area.
- Maintain flawless bar operations.
- Build relationships with guests and hotel staff to anticipate and fulfill needs.
