Job Description
Title: Barback
Topgolf is seeking fun-loving, dedicated individuals to join our team as Barbacks. In this fast-paced and collaborative environment, you will play a key role in supporting bartenders and ensuring an exceptional experience for our Players.
Responsibilities:
- Support bartenders by keeping the bar stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area by cleaning glassware, equipment, and utensils.
- Collect empty glasses and bottles to keep drink service running smoothly.
- Work alongside bartenders and other team members to deliver seamless and fun service.
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe and clean environment.
- Uphold Topgolf’s core values: Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring.
Requirements:
- Must be at least the legal serving age and possess any required certifications for responsible beverage service.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a busy, high-volume environment.
- Previous hospitality or entertainment experience is a plus but not required.
