Title: Barback (Part-Time)

Who are we hiring? The Barback is responsible for setting up, maintaining, and breaking down assigned bar locations. This role supports bartenders by anticipating their needs to ensure timely and responsible service of snacks and beverages to guests. Providing superior customer service and promoting a positive guest experience is essential.

Responsibilities:

Assist in day-to-day operations of the Food & Beverage department to ensure a positive guest experience.
Provide fast, professional, and courteous service to bartenders.
Transport products between the warehouse and bar locations efficiently and safely.
Know all bar positions and product storage locations to transport items promptly when needed.
Break down machinery including popcorn machines, drink machines, and coolers.
Set up stock and maintain bar areas, including cleaning and breakdown.
Ensure proper storage and presentation of liquor, garnishes, glasses, and other products; distribute ice as required.
Maintain the warehouse area in compliance with Southern Nevada Department of Health Code.
Provide information and answer inquiries about the Sphere facility.

Requirements:

Prior barback experience preferred.
Ability to work quickly and remain calm during peak periods.
Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, walk long distances, and perform repetitive motions.
Exposure to theatrical effects such as smoke, strobe lights, pyrotechnics, and loud sounds.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, split days off, weekends, and holidays in a 24/7 environment.

Alcohol Certification Card
Food Handler Safety Training Card
LVMPD Non-Gaming Work Card

Compensation:

Hourly pay: $20 USD
