Castell Rooftop Lounge 260 W 40th Street, New York, NY 10018
As a Barback, your mission is to support the bar team in a speedy, professional, and effective manner, ensuring they have everything needed to serve customers. You will also help maintain food, drink, and service standards consistent with Castell's expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Keep the bar stocked, organized, neat, and clean
- Prepare garnishes, refill ice wells, and restock supplies
- Support the bar team to maintain smooth operations throughout the shift
Requirements:
- At least 18 years old
- Understanding of restaurant operations and service
- Positive attitude with a good sense of humor
- Ability to learn quickly and be flexible
- Team player with a strong, supportive mindset
