Job Purpose

The Bartender is responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, making suggestions to improve the guest experience, and managing cash/financial transactions. They should have a strong understanding of the venue's food, beverage, and gaming options. This role requires maintaining a positive and inviting attitude, actively providing hospitality, and staying knowledgeable about the venue’s offerings.

Bartenders are also expected to have a working knowledge of the venue Beverage Recipe Book and participate in ongoing training to understand liquors, beers, wines, and other beverages offered.
