Overview:

As a Restaurant Manager (Bar Manager), you will oversee daily operations, lead and develop staff, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and maintain high standards for service, food quality, and operational performance.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure excellence in guest satisfaction through a "Do Whatever It Takes" attitude and a hands-on, lead-by-example management style.
- Utilize leadership skills to motivate employees and ensure cost control and labor management.
- Inspect the establishment and observe workers and guests to ensure compliance with occupational, health, and safety standards and liquor regulations.
- Ensure accuracy of paperwork such as daily sales summaries, petty cash reimbursements, and payroll records.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of upscale/fine dining restaurant management experience.
- Minimum 2 years of Sommelier experience in a fine dining, high-volume environment.
- Level 2 Certified Sommelier Court of Masters is a plus.
- Extensive wine knowledge with a hospitality focus and strong sales ability.
- Extensive front-of-house knowledge including advanced financial acumen.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Stable and progressive work history with a strong work ethic.

Pay Range:
USD $80,000 - $90,000 per year.
