Title: Bartender

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and set up bar items including liquors, mixers, ice, garnishes, glassware, and supplies.
- Greet and engage with guests, providing friendly and attentive service.
- Prepare and serve beverages and food in a timely manner following hotel policies and brand standards.
- Monitor guest behavior and alcohol consumption, notifying management of any incidents.
- Check identification to verify age for alcohol service.
- Restock drink items and supplies, maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the bar area.
- Properly store unused drink and food items according to health codes.
- Follow operational procedures to reorder supplies as needed.
- Receive deliveries, date, and rotate stock.
- Acquire knowledge of hotel facilities and local information to assist guests.
- Inform management of any guest dissatisfaction.
Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to assist in other hotel areas as needed.
- Maintain a positive image of the hotel and foster teamwork.
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent movement including lifting, bending, kneeling, and standing.
- Ability to continuously move during work hours.
