Title: Restaurant Bartender
Location: Cleveland, OH 44115 Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour Job Type: Part-time
Overview: At Driftwood Concessions, we pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional guest experience focused on high-quality service and hospitality. As a Bartender, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming, vibrant atmosphere for our guests. Your duties will go beyond serving refreshments to ensuring patrons feel valued, respected, and well cared for. We foster a culture of teamwork, pride, and dedication to service excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Serve refreshments and concession items to theater patrons with a friendly, professional demeanor, ensuring personalized and efficient service.
- Maintain accurate records including written forms, counts, inventories, and reports to ensure smooth operations.
- Stock and display products in an organized, visually appealing manner while keeping a clean and tidy workspace.
- Keep the bar, counters, back bar, and coolers clean and organized before, during, and after events.
- Provide premium food and beverage service in the RJF Club and Boxholders’ Lounge.
- Maintain ServSafe Alcohol Certification and comply with all relevant regulations and safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Outgoing, people-oriented individual with exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for hospitality.
- Excellent verbal communication skills to connect warmly and professionally with guests and team members.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
