Title: BARTENDER (PART TIME)

Unidine is hiring immediately for part-time Bartender positions.

Location: Montereau - 6800 South Granite Avenue, Tulsa, OK 74136. Schedule: Part-time, 3:30 pm to 8:30 pm, including some weekends. Days may vary; further details provided upon interview.

Requirement: Prior bartender experience preferred. Candidates must verify guest identification and detect intoxication to comply with liquor laws.

Pay Range: $14.00 to $16.00 per hour.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner.
Adhere to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations regarding serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
Set up assigned bars; requisition and stock beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws, stirrers, condiments, glassware, ice, and produce.
Maintain stock and prepare fresh fruit, vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables to ensure product quality.
Greet guests courteously.
Take and process drink orders; mix, garnish, and present drinks using standard recipes with proper portion control.
Check guests’ identification.
Detect and respond to guest inebriation appropriately.
Handle cash transactions accurately and securely.
Lock up and store all beverage products, food, equipment, deposits, and cash.
Perform general cleaning tasks to meet health and safety standards; keep the work area clean and organized.
Arrange bottles and glasses to maintain an attractive bar display.
Wash and sterilize stemware.
Perform other duties as assigned.
