As a Bartender at Tommy’s Tavern + Tap, you are the heartbeat of the bar experience. We seek energetic, outgoing individuals passionate about mixology and creating memorable moments in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipe specifications.
- Mix classic and innovative cocktails.
- Verify guest identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance.
- Engage warmly with guests and take orders efficiently.
- Serve food and drinks accurately and enthusiastically.
- Provide thoughtful menu recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar, following sanitation and safety policies.
- Attend training sessions before active shifts.
- Multi-task and stay composed during high-volume periods.
- Work respectfully within a collaborative team environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years bartending experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for hospitality and teamwork.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions.
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and carry trays.
- Reliable transportation.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic workplace.
