Title: Event Bartender

Location: Citizens Bank Park - Philadelphia, PA 19148

Proof of the Pudding has spent over four decades delivering innovative menus, services, design expertise, and event experiences to clients in Sports & Entertainment. We partner with the Phillies to provide elevated food service in the Press/Media area and Executive Dining location.

We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team at Citizens Bank Park. This is a seasonal, part-time position dependent on event schedules.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for pre- and post-event bar set-up and breakdown.
Set up the bar promptly and efficiently.
Communicate effectively with bar backs during events to assist with replenishment.
Greet all guests and provide exceptional customer service.
Remain attentive to guests' needs throughout the event.
Provide accurate and timely beverage service.
Clean the bar after closing, including discarding excess ice.
Ensure all bar items are returned to storage as originally received.
Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required; additional certification in mixology or hospitality is a plus.
Minimum 2 years of bartending experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of mixed drink preparation.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Must have or be willing to obtain proper certifications.
Highly organized, hardworking, and accountable.
Maintain good grooming and personal hygiene.
Knowledge of upscale/VIP service styles required.
Ability to lift approximately 40 lbs.

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

Work is performed in event operations at Chase Stadium.
Requires prolonged periods of moving throughout the event space and stadium.
Involves bending, lifting, scooping, and carrying equipment and supplies.

Compensation and Benefits:

$12-$15 per hour plus tips.
