Position Overview: Bartenders play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience consistent with Thunderdome's quality and service standards. This position requires physical stamina, including frequent bending, lifting (up to 50 pounds), pushing, pulling, and carrying. Manual dexterity, good auditory and visual abilities, and the ability to follow written and oral instructions are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of food and beverage offerings
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and work environment
- Ensure guest safety and satisfaction by handling requests and complaints professionally
- Mix and serve drinks according to Thunderdome’s standardized recipes
- Adhere to proper alcohol handling procedures, including dating, labeling, and rotation of beverage items
- Promote a positive and cooperative team atmosphere
- Ensure responsible alcohol service
Qualifications:
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and continuous movement
- Manual dexterity and strong auditory and visual skills
- Ability to follow both oral and written instructions
