Essential Functions:
- Provide bar and tableside service, including order taking, meal delivery, and check handling.
- Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic drinks.
- Assist with dietary requests.
- Maintain the bar throughout meals and reset it afterward.
- Keep the work area clean per DHEC standards.
- Effectively operate the POS system.
- Remain calm and follow procedures in emergencies.
- Accept additional duties and cross-train as needed.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Professional appearance and attitude for daily interaction with residents, families, coworkers, and the public.
- Previous bartending experience preferred.
- Ability to stand, stoop, bend, squat, climb, reach above head, carry, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds.
