Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and describe our specials with enthusiasm.
- Demonstrate mixology skills by serving visually appealing and delicious drinks.
- Engage with guests to create an energetic, welcoming atmosphere.
- Ensure responsible alcohol service at all times.
- Take orders, operate the POS system efficiently, and maintain a clean bar area.
- Handle payments and close checks accurately.
- Foster teamwork and open communication with colleagues.
- Maintain a well-stocked bar.
Required Qualifications:
- Certification in safe alcohol service.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Ability to stay calm, friendly, and enthusiastic under pressure.
- Energetic and guest-focused attitude.
Minimum Requirements:
- Reliable transportation.
- At least 1 year of bartending experience.
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, including kegs.
- Ability to read and identify items on order tickets.
