Responsibilities

Manage daily bar operations and enhance the performance of The Goat bar within your assigned area.
Coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth service.
Maintain inventory of liquor, mixers, garnishes, and bar tools.
Deliver quality drinks while maintaining a professional demeanor and strong multitasking ability.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
ServSafe certification from a nationally recognized organization.
TABC certification where applicable.
Minimum two years of bartending experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Requires prolonged standing and walking throughout dining, kitchen, and service areas.
Ability to handle food and beverage objects, reach, talk, and hear.
Occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, crouching, and crawling.
Visual requirements include close and distance vision.
Work environment includes restaurant and kitchen areas.

Location and Travel Position based in Nashville, TN; Brier Creek, NC; Pflugerville, TX; or Columbus, OH, with occasional travel to local and out-of-state markets.
