Job Duties:

Ensure a sustainable partnership among Members, Associates, and Vendors focused on holistic wellness including physical, emotional, intellectual, spiritual, social, ecological, and financial aspects.
Provide relational and high-quality service to all Members, guests, and Discovery Guests.
Maintain strong attention to detail in delivering products and services.
Seek continuous improvement in knowledge, service quality, consistency, products, work environment, safety, wellness, and member satisfaction.
Utilize MAP Program and preferences efficiently.
Possess knowledge of all food and beverage products and ingredients.
Take food and drink orders, ensuring guests’ needs are met promptly.
Use accurate measurements to prepare and serve drinks.
Register beverage and food transactions following management procedures.
Manage inventory records for liquor and supplies.
Greet members warmly and build positive relationships.
Anticipate needs and provide fast, flawless service.
Keep the bar area clean and orderly, including ashtrays, tables, and glassware.
Communicate any service issues or areas needing improvement to management.
Assist the Beverage Manager with promotional sales and ideas.
Verify receipts for accuracy.
Complete assigned side work and prepare accurate daily reports and cash banks.
Cross-train as a Server by taking orders, placing kitchen orders, assembling trays, removing dishes, and suggesting and serving desserts, coffee, and other drinks.

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old to serve and 21 years old to pour alcohol.
Must possess and maintain a current Alcohol Safe Service Certificate or successfully complete an approved alcohol training program and obtain certification within 30 days of hire.
Minimum one year of previous bartending or service experience.
