Bartender
We are hiring immediately for full-time or part-time Bartenders in a restaurant dine-in food and beverage setting.
Job Summary: Bartenders are core team members who provide an exceptional and individualized guest experience in our scratch kitchen restaurant.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent hospitality by anticipating and exceeding guest expectations.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages following P.F. Chang’s recipes, including garnishes.
- Operate and clean bar equipment; assist with inventories and restocking of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Understand restaurant seating layout and collaborate to deliver food efficiently.
- Partner with the service team to ensure guests have everything they need.
- Learn to set and clear tables according to company specifications.
- Follow company procedures for responsible alcohol service.
Requirements:
- Must meet state minimum age requirements for serving alcohol.
- Possess or be able to obtain a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable.
- Excellent customer service skills and professional etiquette.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment.
- Knowledge of proper sanitation and safety procedures.
