Job Description
Title: Bartender
The Torchy’s legacy began in Austin, Texas in 2006 with an idea, a dedicated executive chef, and a food trailer; it now operates restaurants nationwide.
We are looking for outgoing and friendly Bartenders to ensure a great experience for every guest. Bartenders provide full-service dining that includes menu knowledge and cocktail preparation following Torchy’s recipes.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Mix and serve cocktails according to Torchy’s recipes, maintaining quality and consistency.
- Learn the menu and make recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Provide prompt and efficient service, handling orders accurately.
- Keep the bar clean and organized, restock supplies, and adhere to safety and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Requirements:
- Previous bartending experience preferred.
- Current state alcohol-server license (e.g., TABC, TIPS, ABLE) required.
- Able to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 40 pounds.
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects at various heights.
- Open to varied work schedules based on business needs.
