Job Summary: We are seeking a customer-focused Barista to prepare and serve high-quality beverages while creating a welcoming experience for guests. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to company standards
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service and create a positive guest experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, equipment, and seating areas
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment safely
Qualifications:
- Experience as a barista or in food service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
