Bartender | New Hilton hotel in EpicCentral!
Job Description
We are hiring a Bartender for the new Hilton hotel in EpicCentral!
Responsibilities:
- Set up the bar at the beginning of the shift.
- Break down the bar, securely lock up liquor, and properly store fruit and juices at the end of the shift.
- Accept drink orders from guests and servers in correct calling order.
- Prepare cocktails following Beverage Standards using a standard jigger.
- Adhere to all check handling procedures, including credit card policies. No cash tabs allowed.
- Complete all opening and closing duties as outlined in the checklist.
- Check and replenish glassware as needed.
- Stock and replenish ice at all ice stations.
- Clean floors in the bar area at the end of each shift.
- Empty and steam-clean trash cans as necessary.
- Manage inventory and rotation of soda and juices.
- Stock and replenish bottled and keg beer when necessary.
Requirements:
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as stocking ice and cleaning.
- Attention to detail in inventory rotation and proper storage of bar supplies.
- Compliance with beverage and safety standards.
