Title: Bartender - Thirsty Lion Gastropub Glade Park, Euless, TX

Thirsty Lion Gastropub in Glade Park is seeking experienced Bartenders to join our team. We offer a warm and inviting environment paired with an eclectic menu featuring multi-cultural cuisines, from-scratch cooking, and a commitment to local, seasonal ingredients.

At our bar, guests enjoy a wide range of local craft beers, handcrafted cocktails made with fresh fruit purees, juices, premium liquors, and a selection of 25 wines. Our space includes an open kitchen, central bar, patio, and flat screens for game viewing.

Thirsty Lion’s mission is to create a welcoming place where friends and family come together to celebrate life with hand-crafted food, beer, and cocktails. Founded in Portland, Oregon, we have 11 locations across Oregon, Arizona, Colorado, and Texas with nationwide growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following company recipes and quality standards.
Provide excellent, professional service to guests.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
Manage inventory and restock coolers and supplies appropriately.
Ensure compliance with state liquor laws and company policies.
Accurately enter orders into the POS system.
Follow all cash handling, discounts, promotions, and employee meal procedures.
Assist team members and engage positively with guests and coworkers.
Attend scheduled training sessions and follow company guidelines.

Requirements:

Ability to obtain and maintain valid food service and alcohol permits.
Professional appearance, attitude, and reliability.
Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical ability to stand for long periods, bend, squat, lift up to 50 lbs.
Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including seasonal specials and drink recipes.
Strong math and multitasking skills.
