Andretti Indoor Karting & Games is seeking a Bartender to join the team!

Experience with family entertainment centers is a plus but not required.

Position Summary: The Bartender position is part-time with the potential to earn tips. Bartenders are responsible for anticipating guest needs, providing exceptional service, and maintaining a fun and exciting atmosphere. All team members assist guests and uphold Andretti's high standards of quality and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests and take orders according to Andretti guidelines, exceeding guest expectations.
Prepare standard and specialty mixed drinks; pour wine and beer accurately and efficiently.
Deliver food and beverages professionally.
Handle payments and operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
Count cash drawer at shift start and ensure proper change.
Maintain an organized, clean work area; clean and reset tables proactively.
Order and maintain liquor and bar supplies; display bottles attractively.
Dispose of broken glassware safely.
Follow safety and sanitation guidelines per local health regulations.
Verify identification of guests consuming alcohol.
Comply with all state and company alcohol service regulations.
Monitor guest safety and adherence to guidelines.
Assist with guest recovery and communicate with management to ensure positive experiences.
Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and coworkers.
Perform opening, running, and closing duties as assigned.

Skills & Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Pleasant, upbeat, and sociable demeanor.
Ability to work varied shifts including days, nights, holidays, and weekends.
Prior guest service or hospitality experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to walk or stand for extended periods.
Regularly lift up to 15 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs when stocking.
Perform physical activities such as bending, reaching, turning, lifting, and climbing.
Comfortable working in environments with bright, dim, or flashing lights and loud sounds.
Manual dexterity to operate necessary equipment.
Ability to follow and maintain safety standards consistently.
