Job Title: Bartender
Job Description: At Main Event, our Bartenders craft cocktails, pour beer, and serve great food, drinks, and fun for all guests. As a Bartender, you create a welcoming environment and provide exceptional, timely service. You know the menu thoroughly and can offer great food and beverage suggestions while maintaining the highest safety and sanitation standards.
Responsibilities:
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards
- Welcome and engage with all guests as an ambassador of fun
- Recommend menu items and ensure order accuracy
- Showcase extensive beer, wine, and cocktail knowledge
- Deliver food and drinks promptly while anticipating guest needs
- Provide exceptional service to create memorable experiences
- Adhere to local and state alcohol laws and company policies
- Process payment transactions and encourage guest return
- Maintain a stocked, clean, and safe bar; complete side duties as needed
Position Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months bartending experience
- Guest-focused mindset
- Strong teamwork skills
- Must be 21 years or older
- Alcohol certification as required
- Effective communication with management, team members, and guests
- Availability to work days, nights, and/or weekends

Salary:
- Compensation starts at $2.13 per hour plus tips
