Bartender
Torchy’s began in Austin, Texas in 2006 with a dedicated executive chef and a food trailer, growing to operate restaurants nationwide.
We are seeking outgoing and friendly Bartenders to provide a Damn Good experience for every guest. Bartenders deliver a full-service dining experience that includes menu knowledge and cocktail preparation following Torchy’s recipes.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with guests in a friendly, welcoming manner.
- Mix and serve cocktails according to Torchy’s recipes, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Learn the menu to make effective recommendations.
- Provide prompt and accurate service, fulfilling guest orders efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, restocking supplies as needed.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service.
Requirements:
- Previous bartending experience preferred.
- Valid state alcohol-server license (e.g., TABC, TIPS, ABLE).
- Flexibility to work varied schedules and hours.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to stand for long periods and walk extensively.
- Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for items at various heights.
