Position Summary: The Barback is the Bartender’s right hand. Barbacks must be attuned to the flow of service within their station and understand the service cycle for each table. The Barback welcomes and accommodates guests’ needs and is responsible for setup, service, and cleanup of service items according to company standards and safety and sanitation policies. Constant communication with bartenders, a graceful presence at the bar, and attention to detail are essential.
