Job Description Responsibilities:
- Craft and serve beverages efficiently while ensuring guests feel welcome and cared for
- Ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with liquor laws and company policies
- Maintain a clean, organized bar area; restock supplies and prepare garnishes
- Complete daily opening and closing duties; accurately handle cash and tip reporting
- Keep workspaces sanitized and follow all food safety standards
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months bartending experience (hospitality background preferred)
- Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications or willingness to obtain within 60 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand throughout the shift
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Friendly, energetic personality with strong professionalism
